My Apologies

It has been really exciting around here but my health and happiness blog has suffered. I have great visions for this blog but right now I can not donate very much time to it. So for right now I am open to answer any questions that you have about health, fitness, over all wellness....ANYTHING.

I apologize for being so consumed with other things. I am looking forward to answering any of your questions. Thank you.

We really injoyed your health tips!!! Seriously, Audra, Tim and I are trying to make a conscious effort to get in a little bit better shape. You really feel your age when you don't do anything to stop the aging process! We will be buying better TREATS at the store from now on. If you don't have it you can't eat it, right?? Anyway thanks for the advice and you are truly doing a great thing with the Health and Happiness portion of your blog. We love ya girl.

Okay, I read your post on the 10K for Katie and got some really good info. I am doing a 10K in May, the Bolder Boulder. I also want to do strength training with my running. I've been reading "Body for Life". Is this a good one to follow? I feel like we eat pretty healthy but I want to do a little more for myself. Any suggestions on what strength training exercises I can incorporate into my running? Also, healthy snacks suggestions would be welcomed!
